By booking an appointment with Fabi's Touch online, by phone, or in person, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services, deposits, payments, and communications between you and Fabi's Touch.

Your appointment is reserved after the required $30 non-refundable deposit is received.
$30 deposit
A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment and will be applied toward your service total. To confirm your appointment, please text your name, desired hairstyle, and color to (240) 935-2307 before your appointment. The remaining balance is due after your service. Deposits may be paid by card through our secure checkout, or by Zelle, CashApp, bank transfer, or cash in salon.
Rescheduling
Your $30 deposit allows up to two reschedules. After that, a $10 rescheduling fee applies. Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before your appointment — your confirmation email includes a private link to reschedule. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment may forfeit your deposit, and a new deposit may be required.
Cancellation and no-shows
Late cancellations or no-shows — including failure to arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time without notice — forfeit the $30 non-refundable deposit and may be charged 100% of the service total to the card on file.
Payment
We accept cash, Zelle, CashApp, bank transfer, Apple Pay, and major credit and debit cards. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. Prices listed are starting prices and may vary based on hair length, thickness, style complexity, and add-ons.
Timing
Service times vary by style, length, and size. Please allow enough time for your appointment, especially before events. We do not rush services, so we can ensure quality results.
Hair provided
Braiding hair is included at no extra charge. Available colors are 1, 1B, 2, 4, 27, 30, and 613. A custom hair-color mix is available for an additional $20. Bohemian hair is also available, or you may bring your own. Hair for locs, twists, and crochet styles is not provided, but we can recommend suitable options.
Hair preparation
Please arrive with your hair washed, blow-dried, and free of oils, products, or heavy buildup. If your hair needs to be washed in the salon, a $20 wash fee will apply. Proper preparation ensures the best result and protects your natural hair.
Late arrivals
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service, rescheduling, or cancellation at the stylist's discretion. If we are unable to accommodate you, your deposit will be forfeited.
Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with any part of your service, please let us know before leaving the salon. We will do our best to address concerns immediately. Complaints must be reported within 2 business days of your appointment to be considered for correction.
Allergies and health
Please inform us of any allergies to hair products, scalp conditions, sensitivities, or specific preferences before your service begins. We are not liable for reactions to products you bring or for conditions not disclosed at the time of service.
Children's appointments
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment if a child is unable to sit safely through the service.
Walk-ins and same-day appointments
We accept walk-ins and same-day appointments when availability allows. Booking online with a deposit is the best way to guarantee your preferred time and stylist.
Changes to these terms
Fabi's Touch may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to your appointment.
